Installation of Antennas

Base Transceiver Station (BTS)
A base transceiver station is a fancy name for the RF boxes that are mounted on cell phone towers, microwave link (television, radio) installations, and similar applications. A base transceiver station (BTS) is a piece of equipment that facilitates wireless communication between user equipment (UE) and a network. UEs are devices like mobile phones (handsets), WLL phones, computers with wireless internet connectivity, WiFi and WiMAX devices and others. The network can be that of any of the wireless communication technologies like GSM, CDMA, Wireless local loop, WAN, WiFi, WiMAX, etc.
Microwave link installation
Microwave link installation covers installation of Microwave transmission equipment consisting of an outdoor unit, an indoor unit and related cabling. Activities required include delivery of Microwave transmission equipment to site (not including crane provision), mounting of outdoor unit, power connection and earthling (grounding) of indoor Unit BTS Connection or sealing of identified jumpers to BTS, Test of site and report including conditions, BTS to BTS connectivity.
